Making Reservation:
Make sure you choose the right machine before you sign up. First click on the boxes in the time period you want to reserve, then input your first name, last name, password and press "Make Reservation".
Cancel Reservation:
First click on the boxes in the time period you want to cancel, then input your first name, last name, password and press "Cancel Reservation". But this must be done 48 hours before your scheduled time. Within 48 hours if you want to cancel the schedule, you must call the EM lab at (510-642-2085) or email us. However, If you are cancelling a Monday appointment, you must call before 5pm, the Friday before your appointment to cancel.
Failure to Appear:
First offense: We will allow one excused incident.
Second offense: A $50 charge for FAILURE TO APPEAR.
All following offenses: You will be charged double the hourly rate for the length of time you signed up for.
